Happy Halloween

I played my computer for the whole morning again lor wtf, so boring ): Anyway, I ate fried rice for my lunch hee. I forgot that I should be having one more tuition class within this week, so I called my teacher lor. She said it's actually yesterday lol! But this afternoon go also never mind, so I quickly called my mum to call people fetch me to tuition.

Reached Damai around 3.40pm, still got 20mins then I need to go tuition wth. So tired of tuitioning haih. Yin Man accompanied me to walk to tuition place. Thanks :D I'm concentrating on my math subject nowadays!! I went to White Button, Lintas for shopping after tuition. I bought a pair of heels yay! Not too high just ngam ngam hou hee!! I planned to eat crab at Lintas Square but that time was raining ): so Yin Man and I went to eat sheng rou mian. Ohhh! Nono, I'm the one who only eating that time because she doesn't like to eat at that char dim hahaha! Then I went back to Damai and stayed at there until 9pm just now.

Cleaned up myself once I back home. THEN, I start to watch Miss No Good. Featuring by Rainie Yang, Will Pan, Dean Fujioka and Michelle Chen.

City Mall

My brother sent me to City Mall just now hee. He went to San Fransisco to study with his classmate while I went to Little Taiwan to yamcha with heng dai. He's still so dumb like last time. Never answer my questions seriously and correctly zz. Half an hour later, Vincent came to meet us ^^ He's driving! Woohoooo!! He sent me back home lorr around 10pm. Thanks buahahaha!!

Charity Show

Sorry for not updating because I slept in Yin Man's house yesterday yay!! :D Yesterday was Kou's bday party, we went to his house around 7.30pm. Ate dinner and BARBECUED. Had lots of fun there especially when they were trying to barbecue the lamb chops, chicken wings, sausages, fishes, and potatos. Around 9 he cut his birthday cake, then we left his house. Slept at Yin Man's house for more than 12 hours already hahaha!!


Went to cp to watch movie with Dexter, his korean friend lol, Aaron. We watched Fury, the thailand action movie. So excited lor I tell you! Must watch it hee hee. After movie, Dexter's parents sent me back home ha ha. Thanks!!

At night my family and I went to watch charity show at UMS. We can't find the venue lor at first but eventually we also found it laa. The show was fabulous!!!!! :D They change the songs' lyrics into funny ones.

Lastly, Happy Sweet Sixteen to KOU!! hahaha.

Anyway, I had watched Butterfly Lovers today with Wei Ting, John, Eddy and Cheapy! So romantic lor, must watch this movie (: hee hee!

After watching movie, its time to go tuition!! The subject is Book Keep from four to seven wtf ): Then seven to nine at another tuition. COMBO TUITION lor, 5 hours continuous again! Mummy fetched me back home at 9pm.

By the way, Astro On Demand is premiering the first episode of The Gem of Life today. :D:D
But I didn't watch it because I was playing computer that time hahaha. I'll watch it tomorrow since it is astro ON DEMAND hahaha!

S.U.N.D.A.Y.

Another boring day again wtf. My mum sent me to Luyang Technics as usual for piano lesson at 10am. Eddy's brother fetched me from the piano school to go KK around 11am. He dropped us at Warisan and we need to walk to K Box under the fucking hot sun!! Never mind anyway, hahaha!

We were late that time because we're supposed to sing from 11am to 2pm. Since there's not much time so we quickly sat down and start to choose songs. Thought Felix, Heng and Jordan will join us but NOT! They have no car to come and it was too rush to come KK because they just woke up.

After sang k Eddy and I went to meet Heng, Jordan, Petrus, and... a guy whom I don't know hahaha! We went to watch movie. Actually we wanted to watch Butterfly Lovers but the time not ngam ): so we (oh nono! it's me!) chose to watch Sweet Rain.


I LOVE THIS MOVIE LOR!! But Jordan they all were yawning that time ): He said so CYAN! Which means sien. Anyway, we went for a basketball match at Fun Square. Mum came to fetch me around 5pm.

World's longest insect revealed

The world's longest insect, a 56.7cm long stick-insect from Borneo, is revealed at the Natural History Museum today.

Datuk Chan Chew Lun donated the spectacular specimen to the Museum and you can see it on display in the galleries from today.

This species is new to science and has recently been named Phobaeticus chani (Chan's Megastick is the common name).

Only 3 specimens

Only three specimens of the new insect have been found so far, all from the Malaysian State of Sabah on the island of Borneo. Datuk Chan obtained the first and largest known specimen (a female) from a local collector. The other two specimens are in collections in Sabah.

Previous record-holders

This specimen is more than 1cm longer than the previous record holder for overall length, which was a stick-insect called Phobaeticus serratipes found in Malaysia and Indonesia.

Not including its legs, Chan's Megastick measures 35.7cm, winning the insect world record for the longest body. It beats the previous title-holder, Phobaeticus kirbyi, from Borneo, by 2.9cm.

'We've known about both of the previous record holders for over a hundred years, so it is extraordinary that an even bigger species has only just been discovered,' said Dr George Beccaloni, stick-insect expert at the Museum.

Hard to find

Although virtually nothing is known about the biology and ecology of this super-sized insect, it is thought that it probably lives in the canopy of the rainforest, making it especially hard to find.

'It is a sad thought that many other spectacular insect species are disappearing as their habitats are destroyed, before we have even had the chance to find and name them,' George said.

Amazing eggs

Egg of the Phobaeticus chani stick-insect. It has wing-like extensions that allow it to drift in the wind.

In addition to its size, its eggs may also be unique in the insect world. Each egg capsule has wing-like extensions on either side like a miniature golden snitch, allowing them to drift in the wind when the female drops them, thereby helping the species to spread.

3000 species

There are around 3000 known species of stick-insect, mainly living in the tropics and subtropics. Although they do not naturally occur in Britain, three species from New Zealand have become established in the south-west of England and the Isles of Scilly.

Once this specimen is removed from public display, it will join the Museum's 70 million other specimens, which scientists from around the world use to carry out scientific studies.

Exam is over!

Finally my exam is over, so I can blog whenever I want now hee!! Finished school as usual today at 12.30pm, followed someone's car whom I don't know to Damai. John, Yin Man and I ate french fries at Burger King while waiting for Zhu Zai to finish exam and other friends come to meet at Damai.

We ( Eddy, Zhu, Felix, me ) actually planned to go sing k straight after the exam. Due to Zhu's exam, we waited at school for awhile. However, we went to Damai as he said he wanted to eat Japanese food.

I didn't know that John was having another plan that time so the whole afternoon's plan was fucked up. Eventually, we went to eat japanese food at Recipe House and I learnt Dota for the whole afternoon. Won and lost 1 round to Yin Man ahaha :)
